Westbrook Foundation Scholarship
Oscar Manstan Memorial Industrial Arts Scholarship

This award was established to recognize the Senior who excels in the 
industrial arts and who also exhibits good moral and citizenship qualities.  A 
Westbrook Foundation Scholarship Application must be completed.  Recipient is 
selected by the Industrial Arts teacher(s).  This one time amount of $250 will 
be presented to the recipient at graduation exercises.
