Westbrook Foundation Awards Over $283,250 in Scholarships to Members of the Class of 2026

In June, the Westbrook Foundation awarded scholarships totaling $283,250 to the town’s graduating high school seniors to support their post-secondary educational pursuits.  The Foundation also awarded scholarships to Westbrook residents currently enrolled in college and graduate programs as well as scholarships on behalf of the Westbrook Education Association. 

“We are proud to announce our support for 18 exceptional graduates from this year’s graduating class, each of whom has demonstrated remarkable promise and perseverance.  We are also honored to provide support to 20 young Westbrook adults with their post-secondary education.   As they transition into the next state of their personal and professional journeys, we remain committed to investing in their continued success,” said Westbrook Foundation Scholarship Chair Joan Angelini. 

Deadline for 2026 fall grant cycle is 11:59pm on October 1

Eligible non-profits/local entities serving Westbrook residents are encouraged to apply during the upcoming grant cycle.
