The mission of the Westbrook Foundation is to help meet the medical, educational, social welfare, cultural, recreational, and civic needs of the citizens of the town of Westbrook. To support its mission, the Foundation offers grants to assist eligible organizations that provide programs and services to fulfill these needs. The goal of the grant program is to bring the greatest possible benefit for the well-being and safety of the residents of Westbrook.

How to Apply

Westbrook Foundation invites eligible organizations to apply for grants in either of the two regular grant cycles (due April 1 and October 1).

  1. Review our Grant Policies and Guidelines which outline who may apply, what we fund, how we fund, the application review process, and grantee responsibilities.
  2. Visit the Foundation’s online Grant Portal which utilizes Foundant Technology’s Grant Lifecycle Manager (GLM) software. In the shaded box on the right is a link to “Video and Written Tutorials.”  Please watch the Applicant Tutorial Video and read all instructions carefully before starting your application.  Note that some items in the Foundation’s Grant Portal may differ from the tutorials.
